We usually respond within 72 hours; if you do not receive a reply in that timeframe, please resend your request. Unfortunately we do not offer phone support for our software.
Also note that if you are using an anti-spam system such as SpamArrest or a similar challenge-response system to stop spam, please add our domain (receiptwallet.com) to it as we will not follow any link that is sent to us when we reply; we think it is a bit rude to use these systems and believe there are better ways of combating spam without inconveniencing others. Just think if we used that for every piece of email we received; our customers would get quite annoyed!
